I will never forget the moment I left the hospital with my first born. It was so surreal that I had carried this life inside me for 9 months and now here he was earth side – sans instruction booklet! Looking back on those days it makes me emotional just thinking how it was a total whirlwind of so much love and sleepless nights combined. Being a Miami baby photographer I get those same flutters of excitement for all my parents – especially first time parents!
When the Pendas family became a First Year Collective client I knew we were going to really enjoy one another. It was evidentiary in the studio just how enamored these two were, not only with their brand new baby boy, but one another. Big smiles and so much tenderness. It’s clear that their son is pretty lucky with who he gets to call mom & dad.
We are working on putting together an album for their son’s first year (newborn, sitter session & first year). These are some of my favorite albums to create because the year goes by in a blink. You will want to revisit these memories again and again. I look forward to seeing him grow throughout the year.

Due to the custom nature of portrait sessions, I take a limited number of clients each month. All clients have access to the studio wardrobe where they can borrow outfits for their photography session. Signature Sessions include hair and makeup.
