Out of all the events I photograph, my Mommy & Me sessions Miami Motherhood Event is one of my most favorite. I was so excited to be able to bring it back in 2021 after having to cancel it out of an abundance of caution in 2020. This is a day that belongs to just mama’s and their babies. A day of spoiling, pampering and really embracing everything it means to be called mom. I know that our day to day often doesn’t look like this as a mother, which is why it’s so important to photograph it when it does!

The day started by having all the mom’s come to my Miami studio in the morning and get their hair and makeup done. Followed by selecting their outfits from the studio wardrobe to take home in advance of their session. This (hopefully!) allowed for less stress leading up to our sunset shoot.

We spent the evening in a beautiful lavender field located in Homestead, FL. It was a nice change of pace from my typical session locations in Florida. Not to mention it smelled absolutely amazing! Mom’s snuggled, laughed and loved on their sweet babies. All while I sang “Baby Shark” more times than I am willing to admit!

The end result is a beautiful gallery of candid and posed photographs that mom and children alike will cherish for years to come.

Due to the custom nature of portrait sessions, I take a limited number of clients each month. All clients have access to the studio wardrobe where they can borrow outfits for their photography session. Signature Sessions include hair and makeup.
