If there is one thing Grey believes, it’s that having a baby is a journey meant to be enjoyed. Before she decided to become a doula, she stumbled upon social media posts where women gave an honest look at their experiences becoming mothers. As she read through a multitude of people talking about what it was like to feel isolated and ignored, she decided it was time to change it! Today, Grey runs Mommy N’ Me Doula to ensure every person can have the best experience possible. From helping you make your birth plan to providing hands-on, postpartum help, she is ready to be there for it all!

Services

Mommy N’ Me Doula offers several packages that will take care of you from pregnancy through the early postpartum months. Your journey will start out with a consultation call. She thoroughly believes that you should have a doula who makes you feel fully understood! If you do decide she’s not a match, she gets it. But if you do decide she’s your person, it’ll be time to move on to the next step. 

Her birth services start normally around the 32nd week. During this time, she will chat with you about your ideal delivery. She can walk you through your options and make sure you have access to the tools you need. She will be there throughout your entire labor and delivery, and then, once your baby is here, you will have a few postpartum meetings where you can decompress.

Specialty

While her birth services are fantastic, I am such a huge fan of Mommy N’ Me Doula’s postpartum care. She offers hourly rates with package deals available. During this time, she is going to be by your side for both physical and emotional support. You can chat through your concerns, get advice on things like breastfeeding, and always know you have a friend in your court. Additionally, she can do things like watch your little one for a bit so you can take a nap, draw a bath, or just spend some much-needed time by yourself.
