About Flora Ottimer
Flora Ottimer is named after its creator, Flora, who opened the children’s boutique in 1945! Flora Ottimer brought so many wonderful styles and products to the South Florida locals and travelers and offered a place to shop for 40 years. In 1984, Flora sold her Flora Ottimer Children’s Boutique to a new local family. Mary Welker, one of the new owners, took over and continued to grow the shop’s reputation and build it as one of the local area’s most lovely children’s boutiques.
In 2017 Mary moved the store from its original location on Las Olas to its location within the Galleria Mall. After years of building within the community, Mary retired and sold the Flora Ottimer Children’s Boutique in 2021 to its current owner, a local mother who plans on opening a new storefront and providing trusted classic, quality styles, and personal service Flora Ottimer has come to be known for since the boutique first began!

Flora Ottimer Children’s Boutique offers a huge variety of styles and items. They offer everything for both the little ones and their parents! For the little boys and girls, they carry all of the cutest clothes! This children’s boutique takes great pride in their home state, which is why they also feature their Florida Kids line. Their personal line features all things Florida! You will find onesies, swaddles, teethers, and hair clips that feature cute alligators, oranges, and palm trees. Just to name a few. But the collection at the boutique doesn’t stop with the niche items. You will find everything your little one needs for life in South Florida, from the pool to church. They carry some of the cutest outfits sets for when your littles need to dress up or have fun activewear for the pool or playground. These are definitely must-haves if you’re from the sunshine state!
