Renovations continued for the field, the track, bleachers, press box, concession stand, and restrooms. The Flamingo Park Tennis Center was also renovated in 2013 and now includes 17 tennis courts, new lighting, and new landscaping. Flamingo Park includes an aquatic center, which re-opened in 2005. This park also includes a tot lot and playground that have been renovated. This playground encourages kids to develop their climbing skills, practice social skills, and combat obesity. Equipment includes a special toddler area, a 5-12-year-old area that includes a rock climbing wall, and an original train from the 1950s.

This park includes biking, soccer, volleyball, wakeboarding, bike trails, disc golf, fishing, lakes, picnic areas, playgrounds, and a dog park. The Bill Graham Farm Village at Amelia Earhart Park provides today’s children with a great opportunity to learn about the agricultural history of Miami-Dade County by visiting a replica of the kinds of farms that populated most of the region. Altos Del Mar Park

241 77th Street, Miami Beach, FL 33141

Altos Del Mar Park was designed by Superior Playgrounds and is a unique pirate ship-themed playground in Miami Beach, Florida. This park is oceanfront, with a one-of-a-kind play space you won’t find anywhere else. This playground benefits the community through its challenging play environment and opportunities for imaginative play. Two recycled play structures make up the pirate ship, with clownfish and blue tang fish spring rides, a custom octopus playhouse, and palm tree shade. Just 100 feet from the water, this playground uses durable materials to combat the saltwater and sea air. Not only do the materials last over time, they look beautiful and natural. Children and families in the local community absolutely love this wonderful space.
